    Bradley Jones is a healthcare revenue cycle executive with over a decade of experience leading denial management and revenue integrity initiatives across complex, multi-entity organizations. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with operational and executive leadership teams to transform denials from a reactive model into a strategic, performance-driven capability that strengthens financial outcomes and operational accountability.

    Brad’s professional background spans end-to-end revenue cycle operations, with a particular emphasis on understanding the upstream causes of denials, aligning cross-functional teams around actionable metrics, and implementing prevention-focused strategies that reduce revenue leakage and improve cash flow. He is known for translating complex denial trends into clear, executive-level insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable improvement.

    He holds a MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration and maintains multiple industry professional certifications through both MGMA and AAPC, including Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), and Certified Anesthesia & Pain Coder (CANC)—reflecting a balanced perspective of leadership, compliance, and technical expertise.
